The proposal is to demolish the RACT driver training building at 62 Murray St and to construct a new building that would contain 68 dwellings, a large commercial / retail space and car parking for 126 cars.
The new building would have a maximum of 9 storeys, 2 below ground car parking, and a max height above ground of 24.2m. Work within the adjacent Patrick St road reservation is also proposed.
